Terms & Conditions NX500 — The Rights and Responsibilities of Every Malaysian Member

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and NX500 ("the Company", "we", "the platform"). This agreement governs your use of the nx500.my website, the NX500 mobile app, and all related services we offer.

By clicking "Register", "Accept", or by continuing to use the platform NX500 by continuing to use the platform after being notified of updates to the terms, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You are aged 18 or above, or have reached the minimum legal age applicable in your country of residence;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Use of services NX500 is lawful under the laws applicable to you.

2 Member Eligibility

Services NX500 is available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age. NX500 takes this age requirement seriously and reserves the right to request identification documents at any time to verify a member's age.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be bankrupt or subject to any court order restricting your financial activities.
• Non-NX500 Employees: Employees, business partners, contractors, and immediate family members of those individuals are prohibited from registering as members or using NX500's gambling services.
• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted only one active account on NX500. Any attempt to hold multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

NX500 reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any existing account if a member is found not to meet the above eligibility criteria, without the need to provide any reason.

3 Account Registration

To use paid services NX500, you are required to register an account by providing information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted during registration.

Any changes to your account information must be updated through the Profile section of the platform NX500 or by contacting our customer support team. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your NX500 account to any other party.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

NX500 accepts deposits via Malaysian-approved payment methods only. We do not accept payments through any international methods unconnected to Malaysia's banking and financial system.

The following deposit and withdrawal terms apply:

• Minimum Deposit: RM20 per deposit transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 50 per withdrawal request.
• Account Holder Name: The payment method used must be registered under the same name as your NX500 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Transaction Fee: NX500 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose certain charges that are beyond our control.
• Security Verification: NX500 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for security review and identity verification purposes. This process typically does not exceed 24 business hours.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

NX500 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Rollover Requirement: All bonuses received must be wagered at the specified rate before any withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering requirements will be stated in the terms of each applicable promotion.
• Single Account Policy: Each promotion may only be claimed once per account. Attempting to claim the same promotion using multiple accounts constitutes fraud and may result in account closure.
• Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses have a validity period as stated in the respective promotional terms. Bonuses not utilised within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Some bonuses are only applicable to specific game types at NX500. Please review the relevant promotion terms for a list of eligible games.
• NX500's Rights: NX500 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly if misuse is detected.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the platform NX500 — including slots such as Wolf Gold, Starlight Princess, Samurai Drama, and Red White Blue; card games such as 32 Cards; live game shows such as Dream Catcher; and Fan Tan tables — are subject to the following rules:

• Final Results: The outcome of all games on NX500 is final and not subject to appeal. Our independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system ensures every result is truly random.
• Technical Disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during gameplay, NX500 will display the game status based on our server records, which shall be the authoritative and final record.
• Minimum & Maximum Bets: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed within the game interface on NX500.
• Demo Play: Demo mode games are free to play and do not involve real money. Any winnings in demo mode cannot be converted into real credits.
• Void Winnings: Any winnings obtained through unauthorised means, software bug exploitation, or any prohibited method are void and may be forfeited by NX500.

7 Member Conduct

Member NX500 are required to conduct themselves in a responsible, ethical manner that does not disrupt other members. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party technology to play or interact with the NX500 platform without written authorisation;
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games or multiplayer games;
• Bonus arbitrage or promotion exploitation — including registering multiple accounts or using false identities to claim bonuses repeatedly;
• Engaging in fraud, forgery, or any criminal activity on the NX500 platform;
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the security of NX500's systems;
• Uploading or distributing content that is offensive, threatening, or infringes upon the rights of others through the NX500 platform;
• Using an NX500 account for any form of money laundering or illegal financing.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and legal action where necessary.

8 Privacy & Data Security

Protecting your personal data is our priority at NX500. The full policy regarding the collection, use, and protection of your data is contained in our Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

• 256-bit SSL Encryption: All communications between your browser or app and NX500 servers are encrypted using the same 256-bit SSL technology employed by the banking industry.
• Data Sharing: NX500 will not sell or share members' personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Exceptions apply only where required by law or court order.
• Data Storage: Your data is stored on secure servers with restricted access and protected by multi-layered security protocols.
• Member Rights: You have the right to request access to your personal data held by NX500, to request corrections to any inaccurate information, or to request deletion of your data (subject to legal record-retention requirements).

9 Account Suspension & Closure

NX500 reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities;
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member through the Responsible Gaming programme;
• Discovery that a member does not meet the age or legal eligibility criteria;
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity or transactions.

If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. For accounts closed for other reasons, any remaining balance will be returned to you via the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the necessary compliance checks.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Platform NX500 is provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly at all times, we make no guarantee that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully protected against all unforeseen cyber threats.

• Service Interruptions: NX500 is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or any events beyond our reasonable control.
• Game Results: NX500 cannot be held responsible for game outcomes that do not go in your favour. All games are based on chance and fully random RNG results.
• Third Parties: NX500 is not responsible for the actions, services, or policies of third-party game providers, payment providers, or any other third parties involved in the delivery of our services.

12 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

NX500 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Such amendments shall take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.

We will endeavour to notify members of significant amendments via in-platform notifications, email, or announcements on the NX500 site. However, it remains each member's responsibility to review the latest terms from time to time.

Continued use of the platform NX500 after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you are entitled to close your account by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where NX500 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration or a dispute resolution mechanism as determined by NX500.
